Really disbanding?

When groups get too popular, the media would pay more attention to them. So if they behave odd just so slightly, rumors will start to fly.
In South Korea, there is SS501, who is rumored to disband.
In Taiwan, there is Fahrenheit.

Ever since Fahrenheit got famous, they have been rumored to have member conflicts and disbanding numerous times. No matter how Fahrenheit explained that they will NEVER disband, the rumors just continue.
Lightly, the rumors have gotten stronger because of the contract problem with Chun Wu. As well as him announcing that he wants to focus more on filming rather than singing.
There has been news about him signing with another company. I've done a little surface research, and here is what I found about the news:
The company that was said on the news is a filming company. The company that Fahrenheit signed to as a group is a music company. This means that the two companies has nothing to do with each other. As long as Fahrenheit is still signed together to one of the companies, there SHOULD not be rumors of real disbanding.
(Although I have to admit that there is no news of THAT contract either.).
Like Chun said, if they had disbanded, then he wouldn't have showed up to perform with the other members.
But no matter how many members of Fahrenheit there are, won't the fans always support them? As long as the spirit of the four boys are still there, would it matter if one occasionally does not show?
